VIDEO: Steelers WR George Pickens Threw Massive Shade At His Teammates All But Confirming He’s Done In Pittsburgh Following Embarrassing Playoff Loss To Ravens

As you would expect, Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens signed off of the 2024 season on a rather compelling note in his post-game presser.

George Pickens will have to wait at least another year (likely longer) to experience his first NFL postseason win, as his Steelers were crushed 28-14 by the archrival Baltimore Ravens in Saturday’s Wild Card Round contest.

Pickens was one of the few positives for Pittsburgh, recording five receptions for 87 yards and a touchdown. But a non-existent ground game (29 yards on 11 carries) and a terrible performance by the T.J. Watt-led defense led to another miserable postseason defeat for Mike Tomlin’s squad.

Speaking to reporters after the game, George Pickens stated that he has “seen signs of growth” from the offense. But when he was asked if it makes him optimistic going forward, the third-year wideout dropped a bizarre one-word answer.

“Nah,” he said.

The Steelers have now lost six straight postseason games, with their last playoff victory coming against the Kansas City Chiefs in the 2016 Divisional Round.

Steelers Need To Get George Pickens More Help

Once again, the lack of a No. 2 wide receiver was an issue for Pittsburgh’s offense this year. Blame the offensive line or Russell Wilson all you want, but the Steelers need to get another stud receiver to complement Pickens if their offense is to take another step forward.

Las Vegas Aces star A’ja Wilson has emerged as one of the most prominent figures in women’s basketball. Her outstanding achievements and dominant performances on the court have boosted her confidence in her skills. However, this confidence has recently caused her some trouble, as NBA fans criticized her for a recent statement she made.

In a recent episode of the “Roommates” show, Wilson stunned both the NBA and WNBA by claiming that she could defeat New York Knicks star Josh Hart in a one-on-one matchup. Additionally, she predicted that the final score would be 11-8.

“Score would be 11-8, me. I’m not saying you gonna go scoreless, 8 to 11 is pretty solid. So, what do you think it’ll be, Josh?” Wilson said.

Although Josh and Wilson both had a good laugh during their conversation, Wilson’s comment stirred up the basketball community. “She’d lose 11-0 w him only playing w his offhand,” one fan said.
