BBC drama ‘better than All Creatures Great and Small’ is a must-watch

The BBC launched a brand-new drama set in Northern Ireland back in 2021, titled Hope Street. The much-loved crime series, set in the fictional coastal town of Port Devine, centres on the local police force and the personal lives of its officers.
The show boasts a cast including Kerri Quinn, Niamh McGrady, Niall Wright, Aaron McCusker, Des McAleer, Ciarán McMenamin and Finnian Garbutt, who sadly passed away earlier this year. The programme is currently in its fifth series, which made its debut at the tail end of last year.

It has now been confirmed that a feature-length special of the beloved police drama is in the pipeline, with several new faces set to join the ensemble cast, reports the Irish Mirror.
Comedians Paddy Raff and Tim McGarry will make their Hope Street debuts alongside actress Letitia Hector.
The special will première in cinemas across Northern Ireland in September, before receiving a wider UK release in October.
