Princess Catherine made quite the appearance as she stepped out for the world premiere of Digger alongside Prince William in what appeared to be a tense time for King Charles.
The Prince and Princess of Wales showed no signs of distress as they pushed aside all the furore in the media, and joined Tom Cruise for a glitzy evening. The couple was also seen meeting up with David Beckham and his two sons, Romeo and Cruz.
The royals, who are well-versed in making statement without saying anything, once again pulled off a powerful move, as the saga with Prince Harry and Meghan continues – with the added tension from Charles Spencer’s new book.
Catherine, who are being preparing to take on her destined role to support Prince William, “oozed every inch a Queen”, sources revealed to New Idea.
This was not just a show of solidarity amid a crisis even if there was nervousness behind the scenes, Kate seemed to have emphasises that they will somehow survive the storm.
“It’s her signature now to be wearing long-sleeve full-length Jenny Packham, but this is the first time she’s worn a purple ballgown and frankly it’s long overdue,” the insider shared.
“Kate’s more than ready to take her place when the time comes and you could tell William has never been more proud of her.”
Catherine was also wearing the Queen Mother’s “magnificent and rarely seen” amethyst sautoir, which the source noted “ensures” Kate’s place in history despite of what happens in the future.
Ever since Harry and Meghan arrived back in Britain, the royals appear to have been on edge. And as the King locks horns with his former brother-in-law, William and Kate realise that it is up to them to save face of the monarchy.
