The offer is on the table”
Meghan Markle has been offered the chance to host her own radio show in the UK, after revealing the one thing she truly misses about British life.
During a light-hearted conversation with Queer Eye star Tan France on her Netflix series, With Love, Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, 43, opened up about her surprising love for a certain UK radio station.
“One of the things I miss the most about the UK is the radio station called…” Meghan began, before Tan jumped in with: “Our radio is so good.”
Meghan then revealed: “Magic.”
“Magic FM?! Sorry to say this publicly, but that’s such a grandma station,” Tan teased the duchess.

Meghan Markle offered radio show on Magic FM
Following the unexpected shoutout, Magic Radio’s Content Director Paul Sylvester publicly extended an invitation to the duchess.
“The offer is on the table,” Paul said at a Radio Centre event, as reported by Express. “If the duchess wants to host a show, she’s very welcome.”
He later reaffirmed the offer on X while responding to a tweet from ITV News’ royal editor Chris Ship.
If the duchess wants to host a show, she’s very welcome.
Chris reposted the clip from With Love, Meghan and added: “Meghan offered her own show on @magicfm! After saying the radio station is what she misses most about the UK. (Perhaps she needs the app??)”
Paul responded: “Chris is right. The offer is on the table. Everyone is welcome to the @magicfm party.”
Meanwhile, fans flooded the comments with support.
“PLEASE!” One fan wrote, alongside a praying hands emoji.
“Meghan would be great on radio. She has that natural charisma,” another agreed.
Many fans commented on Meghan’s music taste, noting that she would excel at curating the perfect playlist.
“You should offer her to do a playlist that you play her selection and call it the Meghan Hour or something! She is good at choosing music!” One fan suggested.
“I would LOVE this,” another gushed. “Not only is her voice so soothing, but her With Love, Meghan playlist was lovely.”
The duchess previously shared her With Love, Meghan playlist in an Instagram post. In the caption, she said that music was how the cast and crew “kept the vibe alive” during long days of filming.

Meghan Markle praised by Netflix boss
While it’s unclear whether Meghan will take the station up on its offer, it’s worth noting that she hasn’t returned to the UK since Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral in 2022.
Magic FM is known for its easy-listening classics.
This unexpected career offer comes at a time when Meghan’s media presence remains as influential as ever.
Last week, Netflix’s co-CEO Ted Sarandos praised the duchess’ star power. During an appearance on the Aspire podcast with Emma Grede, he highlighted the global success of Harry & Meghan, the docuseries she created with Prince Harry.
“One thing we learned early with Meghan… she has remarkable influence, remarkable,” Sarandos gushed.
“The $20 shoes that she got from… a village that was making these shoes sold out all over the world. “And the $1,500 blanket that was on the chair sold out all over the world. She has incredible power and influence.”
He added that the documentary was one of Netflix’s most-watched to date and was successful “in every measure”.
Whether or not Meghan takes up the microphone at Magic FM, her impact is clearly still being felt.
