BREAKING NEWS: Royal fans issue the same complaint about Kate and William’s Wimbledon decision

Royal fans were left disappointed with one William and Kate move at Wimbledon this weekend. The heirs to the throne attended the tournament today with two of their children, 12-year-old Prince George and 11-year-old Princess Charlotte. The future king and queen had a front row seat to the action in the Royal Box, marking the second day in a row Catherine had attended the Championships, as she watched and presented the Women’s Singles Trophy yesterday afternoon.
While royal fans were happy to see most of the family share a nice day out at Wimbledon, some shared complaints about Louis being missing from the occasion. At just eight years old, Prince Louis has already proven to be a favourite among royal fans, and many had hoped to see him during his family’s latest outing. However, he was nowhere to be seen as his parents and siblings watched the tennis on Sunday.

And the youngest member of the family unit is yet to make his Wimbledon debut, as he did not appear this week. According to his mother, he is actually a big fan of the event and is eager to attend.
Princess Kate admitted at the men’s singles final in 2023 that Louis was left “very upset” about missing out. However, he did have a secret day out with his mother at the Royal Ballet School on Friday evening, along with his sister Charlotte.
William and Kate reportedly feel that the strict rules of Wimbledon might be too much for the young Prince right now, and decided not to bring him along this year.
Fans shared their disappointment about the absence of Prince Louis at the event.
One Reddit user wrote: “Awwwe come on, let him attend!” Another joked: “Younger siblings everywhere feel his pain!”
On Twitter, one user joked: “Where’s Louis, the prince who doesn’t hide his boredom?”
“Lovely seeing the family but I can’t help but wish little Louis was there,” said another.
A third wrote: “So sad Prince Louis did not make his debut at Wimbledon this year. Prince George and Princess Charlotte [were] just 8 years old making their debut at Wimbledon. Prince William was 9 years old at his debut. Maybe next year for Prince Louis?”
