David and Heather went public with their relationship in February, two years after his split from former co-star Charley, 37.
In a new photo, Heather posted a sweet selfie of herself and Matthew posing in front of a sunset in Ibiza.
Matthew captioned it: “My [with a red love heart emoji].”
The pair were seen beaming as they enjoyed a sunkissed getaway, with Heather writing over the picture: “Ibiza 2025.”
Matthew, 45, previously departed Emmerdale in the summer of 2023 after he was offered the starring role of Buddy in an eight-week run of Elf the musical in London’s West End.
This decision also led to him meeting his girlfriend, and they have taken their relationship public.
This comes as Matthew opened up on his new romance in an exclusive interview with The Sun, where he said they bonded over their respective splits.
He explained: “I met Heather doing Elf. Me and Charley had been separated for a few months and then Heather was the dance captain on Elf, she’s a choreographer and a dancer.
“She’d also recently separated from her long-term partner roughly the same time me and Charley had separated so we kind of had this common bond.
“All the cast used to go out for drinks and stuff and we’d end up sitting together and chatting about relationships and things that had happened, and that’s how we started chatting. We’d be the last ones in the pub still chatting, it was almost like it was meant to be, that we found each other.”

Matthew shares three sons; Buster, 14, Bowie, nine and five-year-old Ace, five, with his ex-wife Charley Webb.
The couple split towards the end of his time on the soap, but on seemingly amicable terms.
“Heather sees the boys and she’s great with them. Charley is really happy about it and they love Heather. She’s a dancer and is always mucking about with them, getting on the trampoline,” he told us.
“I barely see her when we’re around the kids because she’s always out doing something with them.”
He added: “Me and Heather have only been together for the past year or so and it’s still very early days.
“We get on really well, she’s up and down to London, she’s choreographing a lot down there, I went to see her this weekend, she’s back next week.”
Elsewhere The Sun revealed that Charley and best pal Sheridan Smith had fallen out.
The pair had previously shacked up together, went on exotic holidays and even got a dog.
But we revealed that they have quietly unfollowed each other, with insiders revealing they are no longer even speaking.
Sources close to the pals have said there was a huge shift in their relationship earlier this year, and Sheridan’s decision to move away led to them taking different paths.
