Royal Family LIVE: Prince Harry blasted for ‘making headlines about Meghan’

Prince Harry has drawn criticism for linking back to his wife, Meghan, during a surprise appearance at a children’s online safety conference in New York. The 40-year-old Duke of Sussex went solo on Friday at the Nexus Global Summit, where he joined co-founder Rachel Gerrol for a discussion on digital safety for children.
Harry and his wife, Meghan, 43, have supported the noble cause through their Archewell Foundation, and Harry was quick to tell the audience it was so important to the couple because “my wife in 2018 was the most trolled person in the world. “So there was a lived experience in that. ” But Daily Express royal reporter Pandora Forsyth said the appearance of the King’s youngest didn’t seem to grab the headlines like it would have in the past. She noted: “If you think back to a few years ago, if Harry was appearing in New York, it would be sort of like front page headlines.
“But he does so many of these conferences and appearances now, it sort of seeps into the background.”
She added: “He is trying as best he can to link back to actually quite a noble cause, which is children who have unfortunately and very tragically committed suicide… part of the reason is because of online trolling. But this was in 2018, and if he keeps on linking it back to this, then I sort of think it takes away from the really important matter at hand.” She added: And now the headline is actually Meghan. And not that.”

‘If King Charles accepts Prince Harry’s olive branch – the Sussexes will want 1 thing’
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will likely want one major thing if King Charles accepts his youngest son’s olive branch to reconcile at the 2027 Invictus Games.
The couple, who now reside in California, stepped down from royal duties in early 2020 – less than two years after they wed in Windsor.

Meghan’s £6.50 jam ‘inspired by home’ was made in factory 2,400 miles away from Montecito
Meghan Markle’s £6.50 jam was made in a factory in a separate part of the US, although the company is based in California. The 43-year-old previously shared a clip to Instagram showing the jam bubbling away in a pot, with her four-year-old daughter Lilibet’s voice heard in the background saying, “beautiful”.
It has since been revealed that the sweet treat is manufactured by the same US giant which sells her £9 packs of herbal tea. As well as the tea, the factory also made her sold-out orange blossom honey, which was priced at £20 [$28] a jar.

Prince George looks ‘preoccupied’ at major royal events for one reason, expert claims
Away from the royal stage, Prince George is just like most other 11-year-old boys, with his main focus being school and sports. However, as second-in-line to the throne, George is not oblivious to the royal future that awaits him.
At the moment, George’s role as King seems a long way away, as he is soon to celebrate his 12th birthday. However, one day, the moment will come, and George will have the weight of the monarchy on his shoulders.

Harry reportedly sought to change his family name after UK authorities “repeatedly delayed” issuing his children’s passports, with sources suggesting it was due to the HRH style (His/Her Royal Highness).
