Among the internationally renowned contributors whose works are displayed are Tracey Emin and David Hockney, both of whom met with Their Majesties during the viewing.
The King himself contributed an original drawing to the anniversary exhibition, adding a personal touch to the celebration of the institution he helped establish in 2000 alongside artist Catherine Goodman.
The Royal Drawing School operates as an independent, not-for-profit organisation.
It has maintained its commitment to providing exceptional observational drawing instruction throughout its 25-year history.

The reception featured a special piano performance by acclaimed singer-songwriter Rufus Wainwright, who also contributed a drawing to the anniversary exhibition.
Throughout the evening, current students from the Royal Drawing School demonstrated their skills by creating artwork during the event.
After the reception, these students presented their completed drawings to the King and Queen, offering Their Majesties a glimpse of the contemporary talent being nurtured at the institution.
The Royal Drawing School continues to champion drawing as a fundamental artistic skill, having made substantial contributions to art education since its founding when the King was Prince of Wales.
