An Inside Source Discussed A Recent Issue The Duchess Of Sussex Has Been Facing

Previously known as an actress, Markle, also stylized as Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, married Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, in 2018. Since then, the two have shared two children together, Prince Archie of Sussex and Princess Lilibet of Sussex.

In 2020, the couple stepped down as working royals, moving to Southern California. Initially retiring from acting after her marriage, Markle has since been part of a few Netflix series. This includes the docuseries, Harry & Meghan, and the lifestyle series, With Love, Meghan.

An insider recently spoke about Meghan following a staffing issue with Star. As the publication noted, her director of communications, Emily Robinson, recently decided to leave after around three months. This marked her 23rd employee quitting since 2018.

Previously noting that “losing staff at this rate is not normal,” the source alluded to it “causing tension” between Meghan and her husband. The source also added, “Publicly, Harry has got her back, but obviously this is getting very embarrassing.”

The Source Suggested That Some ‘Constructive Criticism’ Could Be The Answer

As the source continued, “Meghan’s always denying that she’s the problem but at some point it’s impossible to ignore that she’s the common denominator in all of these disastrous working relationships. A lot of people are saying she needs to take a long, hard look at the way she’s treating her staff because too many talented and well-respected people are walking away.”

It was noted that Harry dislikes “drama.” However, the source claimed, “He wishes she’d take some constructive criticism so they can avoid this going forward.”

During a recent podcast appearance on “Hasan Minhaj Doesn’t Know,” the titular host asked him if he was going to apply for U.S. citizenship.

At the time, the Duke of Sussex replied, “Am I going to become a U.S. citizen? There are no plans to be, at this point.”
