Strictly Come Dancing’s George Clarke has sparked a mixed reaction from fans following his revelation on the recent results show.
On Sunday night (30 November), hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman announced that George Clarke and his professional partner Alexis Warr had secured their place in the Strictly quarter-finals of the BBC contest.
Actress Alex Kingston, along with her dance partner Johannes Radebe, became the eighth celebrity to exit Strictly after losing the dance-off to EastEnders star Balvinder Sopal and Julian Caillon.

When Claudia asked George about his feelings towards musicals, he responded: “I love them so much,” before quickly changing his tone and confessing: “I hate them.”
He continued: “I just sort of skip the music parts. As if I’m watching them, like on TV. I don’t just sort of get up and go to the toilet if I’m at the theatre.”
George’s admission left Strictly fans split, with some finding his remarks amusing, while others were less than impressed.
