Strictly Come Dancing fans have all said the same thing after Vito Coppola shared a sweet snap with his brother. The professional dancer posted a rare photograph with his sibling Jonathan on Instagram.

Vito, 31, could be seen beaming for the camera as he and Jonathan wrapped their arms around one another. The dancer posted a gushing caption with the snap, saying he has “unconditional love” for his younger sibling.

“No words can describe the relationship between two brothers. Unconditional Love!” Vito penned. “I am always fascinated by others’ thoughts on family relationships, whether brothers, sisters, parents, uncles or grandparents… To my little brother, whom I love immeasurable, with me in every single step of my life.”

Strictly fans flocked to gush over the adorable photo, with many stunned at how similar Vito and Jonathan look. Dozens commented the same thing – asking if the brothers are in fact twins.

“Twins,” one person remarked, while another asked: “Are you twins?” A third fan said: “I actually thought you were twins! Such a wonderful bond x,” and a fourth added: “Gosh you could nearly be twins! It’s wonderful to have a such a special bond with your brother. I have two sisters who mean the world to me x.”

Others were loving the close bond Vito and Jonathan share, with one person commenting: “So lovely seeing how close you are to your brother Vito.” Another said: “Never lose that bond. Beautiful.”

Vito is famed for appearing on Strictly Come Dancing, having joined the cast in 2022. He won the Glitterball trophy in 2023 with Ellie Leach, and is now gearing up to compete on the BBC One show for a third time when it returns in September.

Ahead of Strictly’s return, Vito has spoken out amid controversy over allegations about the treatment of several contestants. The BBC One show is set to return this autumn following claims against Giovanni Pernice and Graziano Di Prima, which prompted an investigation. Both dancers deny the claims against them.

The 31 year old Italian dancer was quizzed by BBC News on whether he was taken aback by the allegations of his former professional dancers. “Honestly, we are like a big family. And like a big family we support each other”, he expressed.

He further added: “This year is going to be a beautiful year because it’s the 20th anniversary of Strictly, and every year I say, ‘Oh, this is the best year’, and after the next year there is something even better, some people don’t believe me.”
