Anne Hegerty has waded in on the claims about whether she has a “secret husband.” The ITV star, known for appearing on The Chase, was quizzed by the Loose Women panel about rumours that she’s married to an unknown man. Breaking her silence, she said: “I have no idea. Somebody vandalized my Wikipedia page and claimed that I was married to somebody called Jake Hester.”  She added: “I have no idea if he even exists, I’ve certainly never met him. My brother didn’t help when he messaged me and said, ‘I’ve got to meet this guy!'”

Anne, known as ‘The Governess’ on the teatime staple, has been on The Chase since 2010. In 2018, she went into the jungle for ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’ but isn’t interested in doing any other reality shows.

Anne appears on The Chase on rotation alongside Jenny Ryan, Paul Sinha, Darragh Ennis, Mark Labbett, and Shaun Wallace. The ITV show first aired in 2009 and has become one of the most iconic quiz shows on British television, where contestants must compete against ‘The Chasers.’

Hosted by Bradley Walsh, the fast-paced game involves players attempting to beat ‘The Chaser’, and walk away with a cash prize. Each Chaser has their own nickname and have found fame since the show launched, as well as starring in the spin-off ITV show, Beat the Chasers.

Britney Spears has once again left fans divided after sharing a string of startling social media posts over the past week. The 43-year-old singer sparked alarm earlier when she uploaded clips from inside her sprawling mansion, where cluttered rooms and half-finished cleaning appeared in the background. “Messing around with lighting and cleaning my house like no tomorrow,” she explained to her 41.8million followers, though many still voiced concern over her chaotic living space.

In one video, the Toxic hitmaker belted out a rendition of Prince’s Kiss, joking: “I would say, Julia Roberts singing Prince’s Kiss off key a touch, but I sounded really good behind the lens lol!!!” She added, “PSS wise a**es, I do know who I am!!! I have eight different languages written on my neck… these are my pjs, but I put these boots on to play with lighting… not the most elegant look but hey!!!”

But while the star seemed in high spirits, the untidy backdrop only fueled worries from her loyal fanbase. At the end of the clip, even one of her dogs padded casually across the screen, adding to the sense of disarray.

Just days later, Spears pushed boundaries again by posting a nude photo shot from behind. Wearing nothing but towering black heels, a strategically placed red rose emoji concealed her bare backside. The post carried no caption, and Spears had disabled comments, preventing fans from sharing their reactions.

Earlier that same day, the singer had presented a lighter mood by sharing holiday footage from the water. In one clip, she posed in a green bikini, before changing into a pale pink swimsuit to dance along to Manon Dave’s remix of Timbaland’s Carry Out, which featured her former boyfriend Justin Timberlake.

In another upload, Spears revealed a rather less glamorous side of her getaway, admitting she had been struck down by food poisoning. “Something I wish someone would have told me before the boat that day NEVER eat meat in heat that hot even tiny slider bun… I got so sick,” she confessed. “I never eat steak n meat cus I get sick, it’s horrible. I wasn’t expecting a small one would ever make feel that sick, thought I was gonna have to go to the hospital.”

And today, the singer once more stunned her followers by posting a picture of her bare back – this time accompanied by a lengthy and emotional caption.

“We’re just people so fragile and human the hardest years of my life were my two sons gone for those 3 years… I was cut off from calling or texting and I remember in shock my secret to survival was denial and a lot of tears it’s weird me and Sam were married but it almost felt like a fake distraction to help me deal with it… well I know I’m healing bc I’m hungry again like a child or baby… I’m so hungry it hurts and when I eat it’s like it’s my first time ever eating in my life”.

“I believe although I loved my home there is waaay too much abuse and trauma in there… Today I thank Jesus for food it feel like telling others NO… Owning my body… and letting them REALLY know where im from… My soul has never experienced food like this a day in my life… so silly and embarrassing I’m going to eat cookies and cream ice cream now… god bless u all.”
