BABY BOMBSHELL: Dermot O’Leary and Josie Gibson PAUSE This Morning to ANNOUNCE SH0CKING Baby Update

Dermot O’Leary and Josie Gibson halted This Morning to announce some emotional baby news on Friday morning.
The TV stars were at the helm of the ITV morning show when it returned from an ad-break and the classic track Baby Love, originally released by The Supremes in 1964, started to play.
The former X Factor host started to tease what was coming up in the rest of the show with Sian Welby before Big Brother legend Josie, who had been signing along to the pop song, added: “Our This Morning family just got a little bit bigger!” Overcome with emotion, Dermot added: “I’m not crying, you’re crying!”

Clarifying the news, he added: “We are pleased to announce our showrunner Ellie and her husband Matt have welcomed the gorgeous baby girl Willow Aurelia.” Josie added: “Willow was born on the 10th October weighing six lbs seven oz.”
Dermot added: “Mum and baby are doing very well, and Willow is settling in perfectly with her big sister,” before Josie said she ‘couldn’t be more proud’ of her colleague.
Dermot rounded off the news by telling the showrunner to bring the little one into the studio at some point.
The happy news comes just weeks after former This Morning star Emma Kenny, who appeared on the ITV magazine show as a resident phycologist, welcomed her fourth baby at the age of 52. Emma is currently on a UK theatre tour, having returned to work mere months after giving birth.
Emma took to Instagram to announce the arrival of her baby daughter Ella-Grey and shared a string of sweet photos. In the post, Emma announced: “Say hi Ella-Grey And then we were six! Say hello Ella-Grey! This morning she entered the world with a very loud cry. The Royal Bolton hospital have been fantastic and ensured that we have both been looked after brilliantly.”
The TV star is already a mum to children Tyde, 22, Evan, 20, and Etta-Blue, who she welcomed in 2023. The arrival of Emma’s fourth child was tinged with sadness for Emma, who lost her mum “suddenly” a few weeks before she gave birth. Explaining more about her loss, she said: “I lost my mum suddenly a couple of weeks back, and it’s really strange knowing that neither of my babies will get to know their grandparents…..they would have loved them as older my boys did before them.”
Emma welcomed her first two children two decades ago – two boys – and she now has two younger children, one 23 months and one just born, and both of them are girls.
The TV star had been keeping her pregnancy underwraps until the last minute – when she shared a post on her Instagram to reveal she was nine months pregnant. Showing off her bump while filming herself stood in front of a mirror, Emma told her fans: “Last show before I give birth! 9 months pregnant, quite happy to go into labour on stage….so any of you with health care qualifications at my Killer Couples, Liverpool Empire show tonight please be prepared!
Revealing her plans to return to work in just a few weeks, she continued: “Back on stage in September…..but for now it’s time for baby, 2 year old, filming YouTube and Facebook and going on a road trip to Italy the minute this babies fast track passport arrives! X.”
This pregnancy isn’t the only one she has kept private, as she also hid her pregnancy with her third child Etta-Blue, who she welcomed into the world in 2023.
