Live With Kelly & Mark Earn Emmy Noms
The 2025 Daytime Emmy nominations were announced this week. In addition to rewarding soap operas, daytime talk shows are also up for the coveted award. Live With Kelly and Mark nabbed several nominations.
Live With Kelly and Mark earned a nomination for Outstanding Daytime Talk Series. Furthermore, Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos were nominated in the Talk Series Host category. They previously won as Talk Series Hosts in 2024. According to a press release, the show also earned several nominations for technical awards.
The 2025 Daytime Emmy Awards ceremony is in October in California and will air on CBS. Stay tuned for more details on how to watch.

Hosts Reveal Surprising New Professional Sports Venture
In addition to being popular daytime talk show hosts, Kelly Ripa and her husband are the proud new owners of an Italian soccer team. They purchased the Campobasso Football Club in 2022. They’ve spent the last few years getting the team ready to be real contenders in soccer.
Kelly and Mark’s efforts to create a winning team were filmed for a new ESPN docuseries premiering later this month. She joked on a recent episode of Live that filming the series with her husband was worse than labor. Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos share three children: Michael, Lola, and Joaquin.

Mark Consuelos was born in Spain and spent some of his childhood in Italy before moving to the U.S. The couple goes back to Italy every summer for a family vacation. The European country is close to their hearts. That connection prompted them to purchase the Campobasso FC.
As a child, Mark Consuelos watched a lot of Italian soccer, but does he have what it takes to create a winning team? That’s partly what the Running With Wolves docuseries explores. Venturing into the sports world is a unique venture for the Live co-hosts, but they have the full support of fans.

A third fan suggested that Live With Kelly and Mark could film in the stadium that hosts the soccer games.
