MEGHAN Markle risks breaking her Megxit agreement signed with the late Queen after a new podcast revealed she is calling herself ‘Her Royal Highness’.

The ex-Royal also admitted she had no plans to follow in Harry’s footsteps and pen a memoir yet – but said “I’ve got a lot more life to live before I’m there”.

Meg, 43, gushed about her children, her life in California and called hubby Harry a ‘fox’ in a 90 minute podcast with cosmetics entrepreneur Jamie Kern Lima.

But halfway through the chat the host revealed around a year ago Meg sent her a gift box of food and thank you card.

Posting a photo of the present it revealed the card read: “With Compliments of H.R.H The Duchess of Sussex.”

The cosmetics boss said: “I had a very full house and all of sudden I get word that you dropped off this gift basket with ice creams, homemade strawberry sauce to put on top of the ice cream just to see if that helps lighten my load.”

Meg and Harry agreed not to use their HRH title at the Sandringham Agreement five years ago amid fears they would use their royal titles to make money.

It comes after Meg hit back at guest Mindy Kaling on her much-derided cookery show when she said ‘it’s so funny you keep calling me Markle when you know I’m Sussex now’.

Royal author Ingrid Seward said: “I think if her late mother-in-law Queen Elizabeth was still around she would be highly offended, as she was very sensitive about that.

“She wouldn’t think it was the correct form and remember she removed the HRH titles from both Diana and Sarah Ferguson.

“The Queen didn’t remove HRH but told them not to use it.

“But she isn’t here anymore so maybe Harry and Meghan think they can get away with it.”

Markle raised eyebrows earlier this month when she shared on Instagram a message from Ukraine’s Vice President addressing her as ‘Your Royal Highness’.

Meg has been rumoured to be considering a tell-all memoir for several years and has previously revealed she kept diaries during her short stint as a working royal.

In 2021, she released illustrated children’s book The Bench.

Asked if she would write another book, Meg replied: “Yes, maybe, for sure. And then, you know, I think people are often curious if I’m going to write a memoir, but I’ve got a lot more life to live before I’m there.”

The Royals have barely spoken to Harry after he trashed his family revealing private conversations in his memoir Spare.
