It came just months after her bitter exit from the ITV soap.
Court records show that on December 2, 2024, Dunlop, was alleged to have driven 67mph on the M606 southbound in Bradford, exceeding the 50mph limit.
The offence was recorded by an automatic camera device.
In a separate incident on 26 March 2025, Dunlop failed to provide information identifying the driver of the same vehicle when requested by West Yorkshire Police, in breach of the Road Traffic Act.
She pleaded guilty at West Yorkshire Magistrates’ Court but walked away with just four points on her licence and a £222 fine.
Going 17mph over the limit can result in six points and a short ban.
Failing to identify a driver can be punishable by up to six points and a £1,000 fine.
It is not known if the actress personally appeared in court.
Dunlop, who lives in Bradford with her husband, Emmerdale co-star Chris Chittell, recently left the soap after more than 16 years.
Her character, Brenda Walker, departed in April 2025 following a storyline in which she went on a cruise with her stepdaughter Cathy Hope, with a letter revealing she would not return to the village.

Brenda had split from ex Eric Pollard, played by her real-life husband, after discovering he had betrayed her and taken her money after losing his own.
Shortly before she was written out, viewers were said to be perplexed by her character’s month-long absence from the show.
The actress began her career as a child, appearing in BBC productions such as A Little Princess and ITV dramas including South Riding.
She later appeared in series such as May to December and Where the Heart Is, before joining Emmerdale in 2008.
