BREAKINGNEWS: Jeremy Clarkson ‘FORCED TO HALT’ Clarkson’s Farm season FIVE Filming

Jeremy Clarkson has had to temporarily cease filming for the fifth season of Clarkson’s Farm.

The 65-year-old former Top Gear host has been divulging his farming escapades at Diddly Squat farm in Oxfordshire across four successful seasons of the Amazon Prime documentary series since its debut in 2021.

Throughout his journey, Clarkson has encountered numerous challenges, learned the ins and outs of farming from his right-hand man Kaleb Cooper, and won over viewers with endearing farm animal encounters.

In addition to contending with the inception of his farm shop and the pub named The Farmer’s Dog, Clarkson has also faced a myriad of “disasters” on the farm and has shared his struggles to make profits.

He’s now announced on Instagram that unforeseen events have led to a pause in the filming process for the upcoming season, reports Gloucestershire Live.

He shared an image depicting flight patterns, which showed a rogue aircraft unexpectedly travelling through the airspace above his property.

Situated in Chadlington, Oxfordshire, within the idyllic Cotswolds scenery, the plane seemingly circled around the vicinity of the Diddly Squat farm before proceeding on its way.

The aerial visitor toured nearby localities such as Charlbury, Woodstock, and Stonesfield, seemingly en route towards Kingham to the West.

Captioning his post, Clarkson remarked: “Definitely don’t mind having to stop filming while this flies over.”

Fans reacted playfully to the post, with one referencing Clarkson’s old mate Richard Hammond from their Top Gear days, jesting: “Is Richard strapped on top of it?”

Another fan expressed curiosity regarding the noise level of the overhead disturbance, asking: “I’ve always been curious about how loud these things are, in a practical sense…”

“Why would you stop filming! Get the Spitfire in the show!!” someone else laughed, while a fourth joked: “Jeremy: Did you see the spitfire flying over head today? Kaleb: What’s a spitfire?”

This isn’t a novel issue for Clarkson and team, who have previously encountered filming disruptions during season four due to aerial nuisances.

Reports from last August mention stops in recording owing to a “giant military aircraft” booming above them, momentarily halting the action.

A few months prior, Clarkson voiced his annoyance concerning a helicopter on Instagram, posting: “Filming paused till this f****ard buggers off,” coupled with a snapshot of the uninvited chopper seemingly hovering around Diddly Squat.

Clarkson revealed that season five of Clarkson’s Farm would be landing on screens in a video last November, before the fourth instalment had aired.

Celebrating Bonfire night with a series of lit-up drones in the background, he confirmed: “Over the years, bright lights in the sky have been used to make many important announcements – the birth of baby Jesus, for example.”

With the drones moving into the formation of the number five, he continued: “But tonight, they’re being used to make an announcement that’s even bigger than that. Season 5 of Clarkson’s Farm is coming.”

However, he later revealed the team would be taking a “short break” before a possible sixth season.

He told The Times: “Whatever happens we’ll definitely take a short break as the crews are all worn out.

“We’ve been filming here two or three days a week, every week, for five years. Everybody could do with a rest.”
