BREAKINGNEWSLBC’s Nick Ferrari delivers BRUTAL STATEMENT on Angela Rayner LIVE ON AIR

Nick Ferrari has claimed Angela Rayner will “blame anyone she can think of” after she admitted to underpaying the stamp duty due on her new £800,000 seaside flat. The D3puty Pr!me M!n!ster revealed she had received incorrect legal advice that resulted in her underpaying tax when purchasing a flat in Hove in May. She paid approximately £30,000 in standard stamp duty on the property. However, as she already effectively owned another home, she should have paid the higher second-home rate – nearer to £70,000.
Despite claiming she was misled, many aren’t convinced as a caller on LBC ripped into the politician. He fumed: “She knew exactly what she was doing. She has been seen, caught and it has been exposed. Now she’s got her tail between her legs and she’s trying to con the public into believing that it was all a big, ‘Oh my gosh, oversight, didn’t see it.’ It’s just ridiculous.” Ferrari echoed this, declaring: “It’s all been a mistake. Blame everyone. Angela Blamer. She will blame everyone she can think of rather than accept that she got it wrong.”
Suggesting a way Ms Rayner could convince people otherwise, he said: “If the advice is so bad, just publish it. Take the author’s name off, so if your advisor was Kemi Badenoch, whoever the partner might have been, just strike their name off and just put the rest out there, then we can all see how you were so poorly mislead.”
In another blistering blow, Nick added: “But I doubt we’ll be seeing that.”
During her interview on Sky News, The D3puty Pr!me M!n!ster was visibly tearful as she acknowledged underpaying £40,000 in stamp duty on her secondary property in Hove, claiming it was her primary residence after placing her Ashton-under-Lyme home in trust for her disabled son.
The Housing Minister described her living situation as “complex” due to her first home being sold to a trust following her divorce from Mark Rayner last year. She asserts this was done to ensure stability for her disabled son.
Ms Rayner said she received incorrect tax advice and has since contemplated “packing it all in”. She stated she was previously unable to discuss the matters due to a court order which prohibited her from disclosing all of the details about her property ownership, however, she sought permission from the court.

In a statement, she said: “When purchasing the property my understanding, on advice from lawyers, was that my circumstances meant I was liable for the standard rate of stamp duty.”
“However, given the recent allegations in the press I have subsequently sought further advice from a leading tax counsel to review that position and to ensure I am fully compliant with all tax provisions.
“I have now been advised that although I did not own any other property at the time of the purchase, the application of complex deeming provisions which relate to my son’s trust gives rise to additional stamp duty liabilities.
“I acknowledge that due to my reliance on advice from lawyers which did not properly take account of these provisions, I did not pay the appropriate stamp duty at the time of the purchase. I am working with expert lawyers and with HMRC to resolve the matter and pay what is due.”
