CELEBRITY TRAITORS CHAOS: Stephen Fry Caught In SECRET Feud With Co-Star As On-Screen Clashes SPILL Into Real Life

Celebrity Traitors star Stephen Fry became embroiled in a secret feud during filming of the show, the Daily Mail can reveal.
The actor, 68, clashed with co-star David Olusoga, 55, during intense discussions over who was a Traitor, leading to a behind-the-scenes fallout.
A TV source said one conversation between Stephen and historian David ended in a full-blown argument, leaving fellow contestants in shock.
It’s understood the scenes may not appear on the BBC show, as producers felt they didn’t fit the narrative in which comedian Alan Carr, singer Cat Burns and presenter Jonathan Ross were chosen as Traitors.
Insiders said it was ‘surprising’ to see Stephen so impassioned during the debate, but it showed how invested both he and David were in filming the series.
Celebrity Traitors returned on Wednesday evening, with the latest instalment seeing singer Charlotte Church murdered following the departures of Paloma Faith, Niko Omilana, Tameka Empson, Tom Daley, Ruth Codd, and Clare Balding.

A TV insider told the Daily Mail: ‘Stephen and David had a big argument, as they both accused each other of being a Traitor.
‘They were so invested in the game, and it really showed during their debates.
‘For some members of the cast, it was surprising to see the pair disagree, and it quickly became a talking point behind the scenes.
‘The discussions between them are unlikely to be shown on Celebrity Traitors, as producers felt they didn’t follow the narrative. There were lots of subplots and conversations that haven’t aired.
‘The irony is, neither Stephen nor David were Traitors, so they fell out for no reason, but that’s just part of the hilarity of the game.’
A Traitors spokesperson said: ‘To claim there was any tension between Stephen Fry and David Olusoga outside of the game is simply untrue.’
During Wednesday night’s show, singer Charlotte became the latest celebrity to be murdered by Traitors Alan, Cat and Jonathan, who continue to remain undetected by their co-stars.
After discovering her fate, Charlotte said: ‘I thought I was going to be murdered, I was outspoken at the roundtables and I’m outspoken with my opinions. Well played Traitors…’

Celebrity Traitors host Claudia Winkleman informed the cast that they have lost a total of seven Faithfuls since the game began with 19 players.
Later in the programme, the celebrities took part in a heated roundtable, which featured the show’s first-ever tiebreak after the group failed to reach a unanimous decision.
Line of Duty actor Mark Bonnar put a target on his back with his overly dramatic reactions during the banishments, prompting the cast to vote against him.
Alan attempted to frame Mark, claiming that his huge passion for the game could mean he was chosen to be a Traitor.
David is also up for elimination after failing to secure a protective shield during the challenge, leaving him vulnerable to votes from his co-stars.
He raised further suspicion by accusing former rugby player Joe Marler of being a Traitor, becoming ‘more vocal’ after staying ‘under the radar’ for weeks.
Stephen was the first contestant to vote against David, saying he believed the filmmaker had acted as a Traitor. Jonathan, Cat, Kate Garraway and Joe Marler also voted for him to be banished.
After receiving the same number of votes, David and Mark were given a chance to plead their final case before the celebrities voted again during the dramatic stalemate.
Actress Celia Imrie had the deciding vote, but the result was once again tied, leaving the banishment to be decided by fate.
The show is left on a cliffhanger with BBC viewers needing to wait until Thursday night’s episode to see who is eventually banished from the castle.
