Coronation Street UNVEILS Emotional Aadi Alahan Storyline Just Before His EXIT

Coronation Street has confirmed a new storyline for Aadi Alahan ahead of his upcoming exit.
Back in April, Adam Hussain announced his decision to leave the soap after playing Aadi for five years.
Aadi has been holding the fort at his dad’s corner shop while Dev looks after his injured auntie in India. Meanwhile, Dev’s fiancée Bernie Winter has been keeping an eye on his kids during his absence.
In upcoming scenes, Bernie is concerned when she overhears a conversation between Aadi, Amy Barlow and Summer Spellman. She worries Aadi is acting like he’s middle-aged before his time.

When Bernie tells Aadi to close up the shop early and go enjoy himself, he and his friends decide to throw a party. Is this the perfect opportunity for Aadi to let his hair down, or will it end in tears?
“Aadi hasn’t had much excitement in his life recently – he’s been holding the fort at the shop while Dev’s been away from Weatherfield,” our Corrie source says.

“He takes on board Bernie’s words of advice, realising that it’s time for some fun. But with Aadi’s exit from the show getting closer, could there be a greater significance to come from this party?”
Coronation Street will air these scenes air on Friday 20 June.
