TODAY’S Dylan Dreyer has shocked fans by going makeup-free on the air.

She ditched her usual stylish look for sweatpants in a special segment.

On Monday, Dylan, 42, sat with her Today Third Hour co-hosts Craig Melvin, Sheinelle Jones, and Al Roker.

She introduced the segment called Cooking with Cal.

Cal is her 7-year-old son, who was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease.

They make dishes that he can eat and share them with the Today audience.

For this particular segment, Dylan and Cal were making spare ribs.

Dylan shared with her co-hosts and son that her mom would make them for the family every Christmas Eve.

She showed a clip in the studio of her making the dish with her oldest son and her appearance completely changed.

Instead of her hair down and a formal look, Dylan had her hair back in a small ponytail, no makeup on, and wore sweatpants, a zip-up hoodie, and a white T-shirt.

Today fans have begged Dylan to take the cooking segments with her son seriously.

In October, she revealed on Instagram that she was nurturing Cal’s cooking skills.

The meteorologist uploaded a photo of a dish filled with stuffing.

Included with the bread was celery, onions, and seasoning.

She told her followers the secret to making good gluten-free bread.

“Future #cookingwithcal recipe coming soon! But my secret so far is a mix of gluten free bakery bought loaf of bread, @simplekneads_gf sourdough bread, and @canyonglutenfree honey white bread…left out for 2 days then lightly toasted. More to come!” Dylan captioned her post.

Fans thanked her for the recipe and encouraged her to keep cooking with Cal and to share the recipes.

“I hope you’re documenting all of your recipes to put out a cookbook!” one fan wrote.

“Yes!!! Share the recipes!!!” said another.

“Bravo Dylan! Can’t wait for the recipe. Looks deeee-lush!” a third added.

In August, Dylan took her on-air look to the next level and wore a sexy minidress.

She had on a short black halter dress with pointy black heels.

The dress showed off her curves, toned arms, and her shapely legs.

Dylan wore her hair in a professional bob and had on a light amount of makeup.

She wore a watch and minimal jewelry with the look.
