Emmerdale‘s Gabby Thomas walks out of Home Farm tonight after Kim Tate pushes her too far.
Gabby issues a few home truths to Kim after growing tired of the way she’s treated as “irrelevant” at the iconic estate.
Trouble brews when Kim finds out that Gabby has moved her boyfriend Vinny Dingle – and his dog Chip – into Home Farm without seeking her blessing first.
Gabby raves to Kim about how happy Vinny makes her and why it’s the right decision, then gets offended when she realises that Kim isn’t listening.

Kim quips: “I have to admit, Gabby, that sometimes when you open your mouth, all I hear is white noise.”
The off-hand jibe gets Gabby thinking about how much she really fits in at Home Farm these days, with Kim, Dawn and Billy all having very little time for her.
Later, the tensions get worse when Kim gets distracted by a work call while looking after Gabby’s 3-year-old son Thomas.
Thomas starts playing near to a gun box, which has been placed in the kitchen by Sam Dingle. Gabby is furious when she finds Thomas playing dangerously close to the box.

This proves to be the final straw for Gabby, as she’d already made it crystal clear that she didn’t want Thomas anywhere near guns.
Gabby announces that she’ll be moving into the Dingles’ cottage with Thomas and Vinny, wanting to make a clean break.
She tells Kim: “Do you remember ‘white noise?’ One comment, one jibe at the man that I love, one gun.
“They’re all just one thing but they add up. And I won’t have my son see me as anything less than anyone else in this house. I’m not going to be irrelevant in his eyes like I am in yours.”
Is there a happier future ahead for Gabby away from Home Farm? And how will Kim cope without her beloved grandson Thomas living with her? Fans can see the full story when the episode airs tonight at 7.30pm on ITV1, or right now on ITVX.
