The Fox News host said she is about six and a half months into her pregnancy.
The baby girl will be Tarlov and McKenna’s second child together.
Their first child is also a girl named Cleo Markie McKenna, 2, who was born on December 11, 2021.
The couple have been married since May 2021.
Tarlov became a co-host on The Five in 2022.
On Wednesday’s episode of The Five, they spoke about needing to change seats on a flight due to being pregnant.
Tarlov was asked, “Jessica you’re flying to Iowa, are you prepared to ask for your flight seat to be changed for your condition.”
Jessica responded confirming her pregnancy for the very first time on-air.
“My condition, yes, my very pregnant chonky condition,” Tarlov said.
The other hosts were shocked and said, “Hey wait.”
“I’m pregnant!” Tarlov shouted.
Tarlov was also asked if she told her first daughter that she would be getting a sister.
“So, have you told Cleo,” another host said.
Tarlov responded, “I tried, mostly she’s in that like kind of terrible twos, a little violent stage.”
“And I’m like you’re punching your sister, and she doesn’t really seem to care.
“But I’m having a little girl in April, and I’m very excited about it.”
Tarlov comically added that her husband is slightly worried about having so many girls in their house.
“Brian is a little bit concerned about the level of estrogen that is about to be in the household,” Tarlov said.
Fans expressed joy for Tarlov’s new baby on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“Congratulations,” one user said.
“If this new baby is as cute as Cleo, she will have a family of beauties!” another user said.
“Congratulations! Girls are the best,” this user said.
“Congratulations on your baby news! I’m very happy for you and your family,” another user said.
