Fox News favourite Greg Gutfeld is set to make a much-anticipated return to the television after a mysterious six-week absence.
The controversial 60-year-old TV star had fans worried when he vanished from the airwaves, but he’s slated for a grand return on Monday, January 6, 2025, to host his programmes Gutfeld! and The Five.
It turns out Greg was off becoming a dad for the first time, as he and his missus, Elena Moussa, welcomed a wee lass named Mira. Dana Perino, Greg’s colleague at Fox News, read a statement from him saying, “She has Elena’s beautiful eyes and my rock-hard abs.”
The announcement, which aired on both of his shows, also said: “We have been hard at work teaching her three languages and putting her through a rigorous workout routine.”

Greg then nipped over to his X account to thank his followers directly, writing: “See, that’s how you keep a secret. Thanks to all the nice words! see ya in a few!” In Greg’s absence, the show Gutfeld! carried on with Kat Timpf, Tyrus, and Tom Shillue filling in.
This update follows Greg breaking his social media quiet spell since his temporary step back from Fox News, posting a video of his French bulldog Gus enjoying a snowy stroll on Christmas Day, with Greg’s voice heard in the background: “Oh, he’s happy. Look at him go up the hill.”
“This is good, probably good for me too,” the TV presenter remarked. However, Greg captioned his update: “Upstate sick as a dog. Not this dog. He’s doing fine,” hinting that he was under the weather.
But it appears he’s recovering, and viewers can expect to see him back on Gutfeld! and ‘The Five’ come Monday.
