Hoda Kotb had the best reaction after learning fans want her and Kevin Costner to be a couple.
On the July 9 episode of Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen,” a fan asked Hoda how she felt about people “shipping,” which is internet slang for fans who wish for two people to be in a relationship, her and Costner after they saw her and Jenna Bush Hager interview him on the fourth hour of TODAY in June.
“Wait, what,” Hoda said, clearly confused after hearing the question

With a shocked look on her face, Hoda responded, “I have never, ever heard that. Not one time.”
After a brief pause, Hoda then looked toward the camera with a smug look on her face and joked, “Well, if the viewers want it!”
Savannah Guthrie, who was also on the program alongside her TODAY co-anchor, joked, “Give the people what they want.”
Hoda is a mom of two daughters, Haley Joy, 7, and Hope Catherine, 5, whom she co-parents with her ex-fiancé, Joel Schiffman. The two got engaged in 2019, and in 2022, they announced they had called off their engagement.
“We decided that we’re better as friends and parents than we are as an engaged couple,” Hoda told Jenna at the time. “So we decided that we are going to start this new year and begin it kind of on our new path as loving parents to our adorable, delightful children, and as friends.”
Costner has also experienced heartbreak. In May 2023, his ex-wife Christine Baumgartner filed for divorce after 18 years of marriage. The two share their three kids: sons Cayden, 17, and Hayes, 15, and daughter Grace, 14.
Costner was also previously married to Cindy Silva from 1978 to 1994. The former couple raised their three kids, Annie, 40, Lily, 37, and Joe, 36, together.

Not to mention, Costner is also a dad to his 27-year-old son, Liam, whom he shares with Bridget Rooney.
In a May 2022 interview with People, Hoda opened up about her love life and said she’s open to falling in love again.
“I haven’t really thought about who I would see myself with, but I do have to say something,” she said. “My sister even said and asked me at one point, ‘Are afraid to be by yourself?’ And I said to her, ‘I’m not going to be by myself.’ And I don’t know why I said it so clearly, but I actually knew that my heart is open. I have an open heart.”
