Emmerdale‘s Liam Cavanagh is feared d3ad next week after a tense showdown with his ex-partner Ella Forster.

The drama-prone doctor is at risk of becoming Ella’s next victim, as her ongoing efforts to clear her name push her to drastic measures.

Ella has come under suspicion after someone tampered with medication belonging to Liam’s fiancé Chas Dingle, causing her to collapse and hit her head at The Woolpack.

As Ella was seen lurking in the pub’s back room, where the pills were kept, she’s the main suspect in the unresolved mystery but has repeatedly protested her innocence.

Next week, Liam and Chas worry when Ella bombards them with messages and calls.

When someone then tries to cancel Liam and Chas’s upcoming wedding, it seems that Ella may have found a new way of harassing them.

Liam calls the police to report Ella’s suspected stalking. Sadly, things only get worse when one of the pub’s windows is smashed.

Making one final plan, Ella confronts her former friend Mandy Dingle at her home and holds her against her will.

Ella refuses to let Mandy go until Liam comes over and speaks to her, so Liam reluctantly complies with her demand.

As Ella tries to convince Liam that she’s being framed, Liam decides to trick her by claiming that he wants them to reunite.

Ella isn’t fooled and grabs a knife, before fleeing from the house with Liam in hot pursuit.

The dangerous situation culminates in a heated confrontation, where Ella pushes Liam to the ground.

Liam falls and hits his head, leaving Ella sobbing as she’s convinced that she has k!lled him. Has Ella struck again?
