He’s OK: Rylan Clark finds 𝐺𝐴𝑌 LOVE amid This Morning FURORE
This Morning star Rylan Clark, who has recently been engulfed in a storm over his remarks about immigrants, has seemingly found love again four years after his divorce from Dan Neal after six years of marriage. The popular ITV presenter, 36, has reportedly been quietly dating a fairground worker for several months and has introduced the mystery man to his friends and family.
The star had recently hinted at his new love when he opened up about his personal life on his How To Be In Love podcast. “At this time I’m very happy,” he said. “Recently, I have gotten into a relationship, and it’s great, and it feels very different to anything I’ve had before, which is a good sign to me. It’s the first person I’ve met in four years that I’ve introduced to my family. I’ve been so blatant about it no one’s noticed, just because of my job I don’t want to miss out. I’m loving what I’ve got at the minute and I want to keep it that way.”
A source confirmed the new relationship with a man called Kennedy to The Sun. “This new man has certainly put a smile back on Rylan’s face and they have been enjoying spending lots of time together,” they said.
“Rylan’s friends and family have all met him, and they’ve been attending lots of gigs together this summer, including Oasis. They’re inseparable. They make a lovely couple.”
Not much is known about his new man other than that he used to oversee the waltzers and is now one of the top dogs at Billy Bates & Sons funfair in Leicester.
Rylan met his ex-husband, Dan, when the latter took part in Big Brother in 2013 and was interviewed by Rylan after his exit. They got engaged in 2014 and married shortly afterwards.
This latest development in Rylan’s love life comes just after he days after he interrupted This Morning to issue a candid statement on his views about illegal immigration, as he shared that he finds it “absolutely insane” that people come across to England on small boats to be greeted with seemingly endless luxuries, including iPads.
He shared: “This country is built on immigration. Legal immigration — a lot of the nurses, the doctors that have saved my mum’s life have come over here from other countries. They’re living a great life, they’re paying into this tax system, they’re helping this country thrive.”
But he blasted the surge in dangerous Channel crossings, adding: “I find it absolutely insane that all these people are risking their lives coming across the Channel. And when they get here, it does seem, and I think this is why a lot of Labour voters as well are saying there’s something wrong, it feels like, ‘Welcome, come on in’. That’s the narrative we’re being fed.”
Rylan continued: “Here’s the iPad. Here’s the NHS in reception of your hotel. Here’s three meals a day. Here’s a games room in the hotel. Have a lovely time and welcome.” He went on to contrast this with people already living in Britain who are struggling.
