Jenna Bush Hager defends being naked in front of her kids: It’s ‘not gross’
Jenna Bush Hager has no problem with being nude in front of her children.
When Hoda Kotb asked her “Today” show co-host on Monday whether she “care[s] about walking around naked with [her] kids around,” Hager got “defensive.”
The 42-year-old, who shares daughter Mila, 11, daughter Poppy, 8, and son Hal, 4, with husband Henry Hager, replied, “No, I don’t, but not in a gross way.”

She clarified that she is never “walking around” sans clothes, explaining that her little ones intrude on “the privacy of [her] bathroom.”
Jenna detailed one specific instance when her son barged in on her doing her makeup and made fun of her “big nickels” — which she noted meant “nipples.”
Hal’s comment made the journalist feel “a little humiliated in [her] own home,” she joked.

He walks in and makes fun of my ‘nickles,’ pointing and laughing and stuff and talking about their size,” she recalled. “Then I have to get on a robe, which makes me hotter!”
Kotb, who is the mother of daughters Haley, 7, and Hope, 4, recommended that Jenna just “throw a T-shirt on” next time.
Jenna often makes parenting confessions on air, from losing a child at her eldest child’s waterpark birthday party to letting her son sleep in a crib until age 4.

She joked in December 2023 that her and Hoda Kotb’s broods “already need therapy.”
Her “nickle” anecdote comes three months after “Today” show meteorologist Dylan Dreyer admitted she feels “totally fine” showering with her sons.
“If … I can get everybody bathed at once, we’re good to go,” she said in a March interview with the Daily Mail.

Dreyer, 42, acknowledged, “It’s getting a little weird now that my oldest is 7, so he doesn’t do the shower thing anymore. He’ll be in the bath while I take a shower.
“But you know,” she continued, “I put the towel on pretty quickly. I don’t linger.”
The weather correspondent shares Calvin, 7, Oliver, 4, and Rusty, 2, with her husband, Brian Fichera.
