The sweet snapshot, posted on social media, shows the former White House press secretary enjoying a quiet family moment, drawing attention not only for its tenderness but also for the age gap in her relationship.
While Leavitt has largely kept her personal life out of the spotlight, the post has sparked a wave of curiosity and conversation online, with many followers expressing support and admiration for her focus on family.

Karoline Leavitt showed off her matching pajamas with her son on Instagram.
The White House Press Secretary posted a photo on the social media site on Tuesday, April 1, of her holding her son, Niko, who was born in July 2024. Karoline took the photo from above, only showing her baby and her upper body as she sat in a white chair.
Mother and son wore matching onesie light green and white checkered pajamas. Niko looked at his mother with bright blue eyes and his blonde hair was slightly mussed, giving the impression he woke up shortly before the picture was taken.

The 27-year-old shares her baby boy with her husband, Nicholas Riccio, 60. The couple, who have a 32-year age difference, married in January of last year and have faced public scrutiny over their age gap.
Karoline admitted that she feels “guilty” about being away from her son due to her job. She’s the youngest press secretary in history and has been very firey with reporters during the daily press conferences.
In an interview with the Christian Broadcasting Network, Karoline said, “I spend every second that I possibly can with my son when I’m home on weekends and evenings.”
“I try to make it home for bedtime as much as I can throughout the week,” she added.
Karoline also shared that she found being a new mom “challenging,” especially with the demands of her job. “I think every working mother understands the demands,” she said. “No matter where you are, what you’re doing, there is a sense of guilt.”
Karoline’s boss, Donald Trump, is imposing tariffs on global trade. The controversial trade tariffs have been slammed by various media outlets and even caused South Korea, Japan, and China to release a joint statement condemning them.
The press secretary has admitted that there are “legitimate concerns” about the tariffs and told journalists that Trump was giving attention to these concerns but did not go into details.
