Comedian and Fox News host Kat Timpf has shared an extraordinary health update amid her breast canc3r journey post-pregnancy.
The 36-year-old’s return to work came during an appearance in an episode of Fox Nation’s show What Did I Miss alongside Greg Gutfeld, and she did not shy away from showing her sense of humor concerning her recent health battle. Timpf joked about her recent double mastectomy following her canc3r diagnosis just hours before the birth of her first child.
Her joke at her own expense came after Gutfeld, 60, asked contestant Allegra if her risqué dress was taped together, to which she responded, “No, I just don’t have any t—.” This prompted Timpf to retort, “I really don’t have any t—-.” Her quick wit left viewers in hysterics as well as inspired a surge of admiration for her resilience.
Returning to Gutfeld! on Monday evening after maternity leave, Timpf excitedly informed the audience, “I am boob-free. I am canc3r-free as well.” She jokingly explained her reasoning behind a double mastectomy, not wanting to “risk [her] life for some 32As.”

She also mentioned that her doctors were uncertain about any possible connection between canc3r and pregnancy, but Timpf’s take on it was heartwarming – she loves her baby so much that it was “so worth it.”
From a clip released by the program’s social media page, fans expressed their joy over her return, with one fan writing, “Kat, welcome back! You were missed!”
“So happy to see you!!!!” exclaimed one Instagram user, garnishing the message with a string of pink heart emojis. “You look beautiful!”. “Been praying for her. Love seeing her back on the show,” chimed in another supporter.
Previously, the host’s appearance on What Did I Miss garnered social media accolades for her vibrant spirit, with one fan expressing, “What a woman to have such a great sense of humor! You’re a rock star sister!”.
Echoing the sentiment, someone else remarked, “You were hilarious on this! You look great and so happy to see you again!” A third noted, “It’s nice to know that Kat has a sense of humor about her recent surgery.”
While another added, “Kat your hilarious. I love when people can laugh at themselves,” yet another penned, “You look great Kay, so glad to see you!”
In a heartfelt February Instagram revelation, the Gutfeld! staple shared her dual life-changing events, becoming a new mother while facing a breast canc3r diagnosis.

Timpf elaborated in her disclosure, “Last week, I welcomed my first child into the world. About fifteen hours before I went into Labor, I was diagnosed with breast canc3r.”
She comforted her followers by saying, “Now, before you worry, my doctor says it’s stage 0 and is confident that it almost certainly hasn’t spread. Or, as I’ve explained to the few people I’ve managed to tell about it so far: don’t freak out. It’s just, like, a little bit of canc3r.
“Still, it was not a chill day. I mean, to say the least! I woke up more-than-a-week-past-due pregnant, completely consumed by doing everything I could to get the baby out. By the middle of the afternoon, I was waddling around from appointment to appointment, talking about how to get my canc3r out.
“I sat and listened as they told me that the best course of action would likely be a double mastectomy as soon as possible.”
In March, Timpf underwent a double mastectomy for breast canc3r. At the time, she shared a post-surgery update to let fans know she was doing well. She posted a picture from her hospital bed showing her legs draped in a gown with a playful “censored” graphic over her feet.
In the caption, she made a light-hearted comment about the change in her breast size. “Post-op! They’re honestly not much smaller than they were before I got pregnant,” Timpf wrote.
