The reigning Strictly champ has told the Loose Women what’s going on
Kelvin Fletcher has answered to rumours that he’s reportedly returning to Emmerdale after being spotted on set.
Speaking on the chat show Loose Women Kelvin said he’s not planning to go back to his role as Andy Sugden on the ITV rural soap based in Yorkshire.
The Oldham actor, and reigning Strictly Come Dancing champion, said he was there film for his TV special Emmerdale Family Tree about iconic soap family the Sugdens which airs on Thursday.

Presenter Andrea McLean asked him: “You have apparently been spotted round the Emmerdale set, are you going back?”
And Kelvin, who played Andy for 20 years, replied: “I was only there to film a little interview.
“So no, I have no plans to go back, I was there to film an interview.”
Kelvin, 36, won a new army of fans after wowing viewers with his ‘snake hips’ on Strictly Come Dancing.
After tripping the light fantastic every Saturday night with dance partner Oti Mabuse they triumphantly lifted the coveted glitterball.
He was drafted in at the last minute when Made In Chelsea star Jamie Laing was forced to pull out because of injury and became a fan favourite on the dancefloor.
Kelvin, who left the soap in 2016, previously said he was sticking to working on TV and drama rather than a future on the West End – and he hoped his appearance on Strictly would bring new opportunities.
