STRICTLY Come Dancing winner Kelvin Fletcher has shown off his bulging biceps.

The dancing champion can be seen flexing his pecs as he worked out at home during lockdown.

The TV star could be seen in just grey shorts and a red cap as he trained in the garden – but gets boycotted by his excitable kids and wife who sprays him with a hose.

He posted the footage of him training online, as he let off steam surrounded by kids’ toys and a huge trampoline in the outside space.

The actor even used his children as weights as they happily played round him and caused carnage.

Writing on social media, he joked: “When the sun’s out, there’s only one rule… Tops Off! Joking obviously.

“Feel free to train how you like; clothed or unclothed as long as you’re safe and you work hard.

“Or you could do what I did and train shirtless, with the kids running riot and substituting as dumbbells and my wife spraying me with the hosepipe!

“Either way the workout still got done! So no excuses guys 🙌🏻👊🏻 .”

The fitness fanatic has been training hard at home with his other half posting a video of the duo.

He captioned the footage of him training with car batteries while his wife Elizabeth Marsland sat behind on her phone and joked: “The wife training hard as usual…”

His former dancing partner Oti Mabuse has begged BBC bosses to pair her with an older celebrity after her close friendship with the actor came into question.

The winning pair were pictured on a number of nights out earlier this year –  plus the soap actor had sent a string of X-rated messages to a blonde behind his wife’s back during his time on the show.

The Sun Online recently revealed the 36-year-old will be paid £100,000 to take on a starring role in the panto Sleeping Beauty in Sheffield later this year.
