Wow! Kelvin Fletcher has revealed he works out at 5am before commencing his 12-hour dance rehearsals in order to maintain his rippling muscular physique
Kelvin’s training with his dance partner Oti Mabuse kick-starts at 10am and he will eventually get home at around 10.30pm to have his dinner and head to bed.
On top of his high calorie intake, the soap star also tries to drink four litres of water a day in order to stay hydrated during the gruelling sessions.
He revealed: ‘I’m on my feet all day. It’s quite tiring, so I’ve always been quite pro carbs – I think they’re a great thing. I probably eat about 300-350g of carbs a day.
Kelvin also divulged that it usually takes him less than a day to learn the week’s routine off by heart, before spending the rest of the week nailing it.

He said: ‘It’s not a lot at all. By the time I get home I’ve missed bath time and story time – that’s a challenging thing…
‘Every night I’m getting home late. I miss my 7pm tea – dinner, whatever you call your evening meal – and I’ll have it at 10.30pm at night.’
