Kelvin took one his lambs to the slaughterhouse and then went to see the meat at the butchers
The latest episode saw Kelvin, 38, take one of the sheep he had reared to be slaughtered, before visiting a local butcher to see the results.
After he was shown the meat still on the carcass, Kelvin asked if he could buy some to take home and opted for one of the legs.
He was then seen showing his daughter Marnie, five, the meat back home in their kitchen.
As she sat on the counter he said: “What do you think? Can you believe that was your lamb?”
Intrigued, Marnie asked: “What happened to his head?”
Kelvin replied: “Well the butcher kept his head and kept his legs and some other bits and I’ve just kept one leg for us.”
As the family then settled down for their lamb dinner, viewers – particularly vegans – were horrified.
Taking to Twitter, one wrote: “Took him off to slaughter, then ate him.. how could anyone do that to a lamb you have looked after.”
Another tweeted: “Nothing beats a 4 year old preparing a lamb for slaughter.”
A third added: “This make me want to be vegetarian. Horrible.”
Meanwhile another viewer wrote: “#KelvinsBigFarmingAdventure He is going to be fine. No he isn’t it’s a slaughterhouse.”
