KELVIN Fletcher’s wife Eliza Marsland refused to watch his Emmerdale s3x scenes because she “got jealous”.
The actress struggled to cope with the attention he got after joining the ITV soap as smouldering farmer Andy Sugden.

Explaining Eliza found the situation so difficult that she wouldn’t watch the show in case he was kissing a co-star.
Kelvin previously told The Sun: “I do ring her up and say, ‘I’m kissing so-and-so today’ and make a joke about it.
“That’s how we deal with it. But Liz won’t watch the show because she gets too jealous. To me, though, it’s just work.”
Eliza’s jealously of his on-screen kisses, being chatted up off-screen and fans bombarding him with explicit messages and pictures led to the pair splitting up.

They later got back together and have been married for five years.
But this week Eliza unfollowed Kelvin on Instagram and sparked rumours she’d dumped him again after he was photographed enjoying a drink with Oti Mabuse.
However, a source has told The Sun Online: “Their marriage is fine – Eliza got a bit upset about his nights out and unfollowed him in the moment because she was so angry and didn’t want to see his pictures while she was looking after their kids alone at home, but there’s really nothing more to it than that.”
But it was a different story back in 2010, when she called time on their relationship, with a pal explaining at the time: “Liz has always been jealous of the attention Kelvin receives.
“He is always getting stopped by girls wanting his autograph when he’s on nights out.

“Kelvin assures her nothing goes on but over the years it has worn her down and she decided that she just couldn’t continue seeing him.”
On meeting loved-up fans, he added: “It’s a bit weird to accept at the beginning and I understand if she has reservations.
“But she’s getting used to it – you get used to it really quickly. it’s fine now.”

Yesterday Eliza insisted her marriage to Kelvin was still on after his night out with Strictly dancer Oti – insisting she only wasn’t wearing her wedding ring because she’d gone for a tan.
She posted on Instagram: “That ring is heavy. It only comes out on special occasions! Oh and it was fake tan day #nodramahere.”
The couple then shared a kiss in the street as they put on a united front.

Oti and Kelvin won Strictly Come Dancing 2019 in December
The Sun had previously revealed the actor raced home in a bid to save his five-year marriage with his childhood sweetheart after she erupted over his images of him drinking in the early hours with Oti.
Kelvin and Eliza – who married in 2015 – share two children, daughter Marnie, three, and son Milo, one.
Oti and Kelvin were pictured heading into London’s Soho Sanctum hotel at 3.30am on Friday, where they had drinks with other Strictly pros and celebs.
They both left alone but were pictured again the following night having a nightcap together alone.
