Lauren Sanchez, the partner of Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, was branded ‘trashy’ for her outfit at Donald Trump’s inauguration where she flashed a lace bra underneath a blazer
Lauren Sanchez, Jeff Bezos’ partner, is catching flak for her “trashy” fashion choice at Donald Trump’s inauguration, where she donned a blazer with nothing underneath.
Sanchez made quite the entrance at the event in Washington D. C., rocking a white pantsuit that featured a blazer offering scant coverage. Beneath the barely-buttoned blazer, the journalist sported a white lace bra, leaving little to the imagination.
At the inauguration, the 55-year-old was seen standing beside her fiancé Jeff and other major tech executives including Meta’s Mark Zuckerberg, Google’s Sundar Pichai, and Tesla’s Elon Musk. After her risqué outfit choice, viewers took to X, formerly Twitter, sending a sting of hate her way over the controversial fashion choice.
One person wrote: “And all that money couldn’t buy #laurensanchez any class! Somebody get her a damn stylist!” Another critic added: “No one talking to Lauren Sanchez. Not surprising Dressed like a hooker once again. Do better Lauren. Show a little respect for America for one day.”

Someone else agreed: “My thoughts exactly how inappropriate and tacky can she possibly be?” While a fourth joked: “Lauren Sanchez forgot to wear her blouse to President Trump’s Inauguration.” And another chimed in: “I think Lauren Sanchez spilled coffee on her blouse and had to take it off!!”
Lauren and Jeff were just two of the many famous faces attending the inauguration ceremony as Donald Trump is sworn in as the 47th President of the United States. The president-elect took his oath of office for his second term on Monday, Jan. 20, eight years after his initial inauguration, having defeated current US Vice-President Kamala Harris in the November election.
In the audience, there were a number of high-profile guests from CEOs to world leaders including the four living former presidents Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, Barack Obama and Joe Biden. Musicians taking the stage for the ceremony include the Village People, Nelly, Carrie Underwood, Kid Rock, Billy Ray Cyrus, Rascal Flatts, Gavin DeGraw, and Jason Aldean.
