Emmerdale fans are concerned for Liam Cavanagh after John Sugden made a worrying error at the surgery last night (Tuesday, April 8).
Yesterday, John told Kerry that she had a hangover when really her symptoms were down to her diabetes and she needed medical attention.
As Liam tries to discipline John, fans are worried that he’ll become his next ‘target.’

John the ‘hero’ made a major mess-up last night at the surgery. With Liam not there, John tended to Kerry who had been experiencing a headache.
He told her that she was suffering from a hangover and just needed to sleep it off. Oh, okay then…
But as Liam walked into the surgery he expressed some pretty big concerns for Kerry’s health. Noticing that she was feeling dizzy, he then asked John whether he knew Kerry was diabetic.
John had failed to look at Kerry’s records (a worrying error), with Liam then explaining that she needed to go to the hospital.
John didn’t quite like being told to tend to the receptionist desk (well someone needs to now Ella’s not around), and we reckon his ego won’t let this one go very easily.

Fans fear for Liam after John work mistake
We all know that John has secrets and they’re very close to coming out. What those are, we can only guess. But, they can’t be good.
John loves to play the ‘hero’ and we can’t imagine he’ll just let Liam ‘ruin’ his reputation in front of a patient very well… Being temporarily demoted to receptionist can’t have been great for him…
With fans speculating whether John’s k!lled before (Nate, perhaps?), or whether he’s planning on k!lling again, they’re now worrying that Liam could be at the top of his hit list.
