1923 still follows the Dutton family, but has a completely different cast and tells a new story in a different time era.
This time, the family is headed by Jacob and his wife Cara, who are faced with several challenges, including a crew of violent sheepherders and a cruel businessman that want their land.
The incredible cast includes Helen Mirren as Cara Dutton, the wife to Jacob Dutton and Dutton family matriarch.
Having no children of their own, Jacob and Cara raised John and Spencer Dutton as their own.
Harrison Ford plays Jacob and Brandon Sklenar takes on the role of Spencer Dutton, the younger son of James and Margaret Dutton.
Jerome Flynn plays Banner Creighton, a Scottish sheepherder and adversary of the Duttons.
While, Timothy Dalton plays Donald Whitfield, a powerful, wealthy business tycoon who is accustomed to getting what he wants.
In the first season, Jacob and Cara were fighting for their lives defending the family ranch from evil businessman Donald who was trying to take it over.
Meanwhile, the couple’s nephew Spencer was in Africa, dealing with his World War I trauma and falling in love with socialite Alexandra, whose ex Spencer accidentally killed in self-defence on board a ship.
Now in Season 2, Spencer is on his way back to America, while the Duttons are still trying to keep their land out of the hands of evil Donald and his sidekick Banner.
Kevin Costner reveals he won’t return to ‘Yellowstone’ days after teasing future
It’s an exciting comeback for the season but viewers have been horrified by the new episode’s brutal s3x scenes which has left them feeling disgusted.
In the new season, as Spencer made his way across the ocean he had to help a young male friend as a man rap3d him during the night in his bunkbed.
Elsewhere, Donald still had the two s3x workers, Christy (Cailyn Rice) and Lindy (Madison Elise Rogers) in his house.
Donald had hired them after Banner was arrested in season 1, but he quickly revealed that he wanted the women to inflict physical pain on each other.
Now, in deeply upsetting scenes, Donald is keeping Christy tied up in a cupboard and having Lindy routinely take her out to torture and rap3 her.
When bathing together, Donald further belittled Christy when he referred to her as a “doll” to take out and “play” with.
Viewers have been horrified at the brutal scenes and rushed to social media to have their voices heard.
“I seriously don’t think I can keep watching #1923. Rap3, torture, it’s disgusting #ParamountPlus” exclaimed one viewer.
Another agreed and wrote: “Will not be watching another moment of season 2 of 1923.
“The gratuitous violence and depravity shark got jumped in the first 15 minutes.
“How any of these actors could put their names on something as senselessly horrific as this is astounding. It is so bad.”
One fan simply said: “I turned it off that show is perverted.”
“We need some kind of warning for TV and Movies now…Turned on 1923 with my mom only to have some weird s3x scene in a bathtub followed up by an a$$ rap3 scene right after.
“I’m not sure anyone is looking for s3x in tv and film anymore… cringe to the max that Hollywood does this” explained another.
Another viewer raged: “1923 Season 2 episode 1 was so shitty. Taylor Sheridan clearly has some demons but the unnecessary sadism and perverted s3x scenes are irrelevant to the story; don’t need that in my entertainment”
“I started watching 1923 season 2. By the half way point I saw a man get r*ped, multiple s3x scenes and someone about to commit suicide. it was just all so unnecessary.” explained another.
Another fan wrote: “1923 Don’t waste your time. Season 2 turned it off 10 minutes its disgusting.”
1923 airs on The Paramount Network and Paramount Plus on Sundays.
