TalkTV anchor Alex Phillips brought the programme to a sudden halt as a new photograph of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, together with Jeffrey Epstein and Peter Mandelson, has emerged. In the segment, Phillips explained that she was suddenly handed a note from one of her producers while discussing the rise in petrol prices due to the Iran war.

She explained: “I’ve just been handed a piece of copy by Ted which is showing the first known photograph of Prince Andrew, Lord Mandelson and Jeffrey Epstein all together. Ready to see it? There they are, thick as thieves, hanging out on some cheap garden furniture in their dressing gowns, having done lord knows what.”

Phillips mused: “The first known photograph of those three men together.”

The photo was released by the US Department of Justice as part of the wider Epstein files. No time or date has been given for the image, but it was understood to have been taken between 1999 and 2000.

Another similar photograph showing Epstein and Mandelson – with the latter in a dressing gown – was taken from Epstein’s “birthday book”, released last year.

Andrew has always denied any wrongdoing in regards to Epstein.

Other images included in the files include one photo of Andrew on all fours, leaning over a woman whose face has been redacted.

Both were fully clothed and in one photo Andrew lays a hand on her stomach, over her shirt.

He has also been pictured with Virginia Giuffre and Ghislaine Maxwell, and walking through a park with Epstein.
