They got engaged in April 2023 and were married a year later.
Earlier this month, the couple received more good news as Olivia and McCaffrey announced her pregnancy.
However, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit favourite has now opened up on her behind-the-scenes health battle.
Olivia was brought to tears after revealing she’d been suffering from pneumonia and “intense uterus bleeding.”

She added that the issues occurred in mid-December, when she’d already been nine weeks pregnant.
A teary Olivia said: “I had pneumonia and I was sick also for two weeks.
“All in all I’ve truly been on bed rest for four weeks.
“Towards the end of the two weeks of being really sick, I got a subchronic hematoma, which is basically a blood clot in my uterus and I was bleeding everywhere.
“So at this point I was so exhausted, like two weeks of just not being able to mve and then all of a sudden just purging.
“It was a lot, it was heavy. I went to the doctor and it was really exciting to see that there was still a heartbeat.”

Fortunately for Olivia, there was good news about the health of her baby.
She added: “I’m really grateful that everything is going well so far. So anyone out there with a subchronic hematoma…
“I hope this video will help you if you experience a lot of intense bleeding in your first trimester.
“It’s not always the worst case that you’re thinking. I can’t even think about the devastation that you feel losing your baby at any stage.
“God, I can’t even go there. I hope this will help someone not feel alone.”
