ROYAL PRAISE: Meghan Markle Gushes Over Oprah Winfrey as She Receives Unique Honour

Meghan Markle has said that she is “over the moon” after Oprah Winfrey selected one of her As Ever products to be featured in her Favourite Things list for 2025. The Duchess of Sussex is known to have been close with the TV guru for a few years now, and it was she who Meghan and Prince Harry gave their infamous 2021 interview to after they quit their royal duties.

Meghan and Oprah, who are also neighbours in Montecito, California, have been snapped together on multiple occasions. Last year, the TV star featured one of Meghan’s gifts in her favourites list, and this year, she backed her pal again as one of her As Ever gift boxes was featured prominently in the 2025 list.

Oprah wrote: “Each year I search for gifts that feel ‘just right’—little luxuries, cosy comforts, and clever finds for friends, family, and everyone in between. My hope is that these gifts will help you celebrate the people who light up your life—and maybe add a little sparkle to your own.”

Meghan’s Signature Fruit Spread Gift Box, featuring a raspberry and strawberry spread, as well as an orange marmalade, which costs £33 ($42), was listed under the food section.

Oprah said of the gift: “Before my neighbour, Meghan, started her business, she shared her homemade recipes with us. I love to drizzle it on an English muffin, yoghurt, or ice cream.

“I also love bringing a jam or preserves as a hostess gift, and with this pretty box set of orange marmalade and raspberry and strawberry spreads, just add a bow and you’re ready to go.”

Meghan and her team appeared jubilant about the news and celebrated with a new As Ever newsletter as well as posts on their social media.
