Emmerdale will air some huge scenes next week as Caleb Miligan is at the centre of a huge double limo crash when he gets distracted behind the wheel in a gripping episode
Emmerdale will air some dramatic scenes next week – that could spell the end for fan favourite Caleb Miligan.
Will Ash joined the ITV soap a few Christmases back as the long lost brother of Cain and Chas Dingle. However, viewers were unaware that his father was actually Frank Tate – and he was hellbent on bringing Kim Tate down to avenge his father’s d3ath.
A big limo crash will happen next Friday (February 14th) as Valentine’s Day goes disastrously wrong for the villagers, but aside from that, Caleb is also part of a big storyline with Ruby Fox-Miligan. Viewers will know Ruby killed her evil father Anthony, who abused her when she was growing up and fathered her daughter Steph, and Caleb helped to cover things up.
This heartbreaking storyline could end up with an exit for Caleb – as actor Will Ash teased Caleb would do anything to protect his wife Ruby – and would even go to prison if it meant protecting her.

Ruby killed Anthony and Caleb covered it up, but Steph has no idea what happened to her grandfather
Speaking exclusively to The Mirror, Will revealed: “He’d put his life on the line for her and to keep the secret from Steph. It’s too painful for that to get out. It’s painful enough for Caleb and Ruby. They’re just papering over the cracks.
“It’s inevitable that it’s going to get out. Without a doubt Caleb would take the blame. He didn’t see that Ruby was carrying this secret and wasn’t able to say it, but he feels gutted that he didn’t know anything. She’s sacrificed so much for him.”
Elsewhere, there will be a massive limo lake stunt – which will see two limos crash in separate accidents. Caleb is behind the wheel of one, whilst Charity is driving the other – but which one ends up on the lake?
The icy lake is actually made of wax and the stunt features no less than 16 main cast members – but with multiple big characters left at risk of dying. Who will die – and who will survive? Only time will tell.
“This incredible icy lake was made out of wax. It was a cold frosty night and you’ve got this huge limousine sunk into it. When you’re walking on the wax, it felt like ice and you worried you were going to fall in,” he said.
“Everyone was walking so carefully. They had this huge crane because they had to lower the limo into this hole they had made because it wasn’t allowed to sit in the wax. It was pretty spectacular!”
