Delatron Johnson, the mother of Philadelphia Eagles safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson, had her restaurant targeted by fans of Taylor Swift after his Travis Kelce dig on Instagram

Taylor Swift fans have brutally lashed out at the mother of Philadelphia Eagles safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson, after he uploaded an Instagram story referencing the singer and her boyfriend Travis Kelce.

Swift was in attendance at Caesars Superdome to support Kelce in Super Bowl LIX, but he and the Kansas City Chiefs suffered a 40-22 loss as they surrendered the championship for the first time in three seasons. During the game, Kelce had a heated interaction with Gardner-Johnson, and he continued the beef on social media.

Gardner-Johnson posted a photo of Sunday’s interaction with Kelce, adding the caption: “Should’ve stayed with that thick s—-.” It appeared to reference Kelce’s ex-girlfriend in a dig at his new partner, Swift, and her fans reacted furiously by targeting his family business.

The Eagles safety may earn a comfortable living from his NFL career, but back in Florida, his mother owns a restaurant. King’s Grill is owned and managed by Delatron Johnson, but has recently received several one-star reviews with nasty feedback.

The influx of reviews came after Gardner-Johnson’s story was posted, with hundreds of negative comments being received in a short period. Fans left reviews containing false comments such as “chicken was raw,” “wish I could leave this zero stars,” and harsh statements such as “worst service ever.”

The reviews were left on Google and Yelp, but appear to have since been hidden as the websites learned that the reviews were fabricated. It’s well known in the NFL that Kelce is a big trash talker, but Garnder-Johnson felt the wrath of Swifties after referencing his love life.

Kelce was seen trash-talking Gardner-Johnson on the field in New Orleans before Eagles defensive tackle Jalen Carter broke things up. Eagles players were warned about Kelce’s behavior before the game by San Francisco 49ers veteran Fred Warner, who said that the Chiefs tight end was famous for beefing on the field.

“Travis Kelce. He talking something crazy,” Warner told GOAT Farm Media. “Peep it in the Super Bowl, watch. You’ll probably see him saying something to somebody.”

Kelce also trash-talked Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin in the AFC Championship game, and was headbutted by defensive tackle Jordan Phillips, who retaliated. Kelce approached Hamlin after Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes rushed for a touchdown, and got right in his face.

The Bills lost that game, but Gardner-Johnson had the last laugh on Sunday as the Eagles dominated the Chiefs and ended their three-peat chase. Kelce wasn’t trash-talking after the game and instead made a rapid exit from Caesars Superdome following the 40-22 loss
