Emmerdale viewers are convinced Joe Tate was never really planning to take his brother Noah Dingle to Dubai, and instead his sibling could be in serious danger on the ITV soap

Joe Tate could be cruelly targeting his younger brother Noah Dingle on Emmerdale, with fans predicting a sickening 0rgan harvesting storyline.

It came after a scene on Thursday saw his secret possibly exposed, with his health taking a turn for the worse. We finally met his mystery doctor, and the secret contents of a black cause certainly left fans convinced they knew the truth.

After Joe collapsed he called Dr Crowley for urgent help before appearing to receive treatment in his room. There was a mystery black case the doctor had bought with him on the bed, and it contained something in it that had likely saved Joe’s life in that moment.

After weeks of him collapsing, suffering medical episodes and pain, and him taking numerous pills, the latest episode appeared to hint he was dying. Joe has been on the phone with his doctor for weeks discussing a secret plan.

Then after his collapse on Thursday he declared he didn’t have much time left, suggesting he was terminally ill. It’s then that he hinted he had a plan up his sleeve to save himself, while no details were revealed.

With him recently drugging his own brother Noah recently, it appeared some sort of tests were being carried out. In a flashback Joe was heard saying he didn’t have long and they needed to hurry.

Noah was spiked and he still hasn’t got to the bottom of the incident. Joe is hiding what happened, and fans believe that Joe was testing his brother to see if he was an 0rgan match, and a possibly donor.

They are convinced Joe is seriously ill and dying and that he needs a donor. The latest scenes only encouraged this theory, with many convinced the soap is featuring an 0rgan harvesting plot – and that the recent Dubai plans were fake, in order to get Noah away.

Not only that, but some fans think Joe had planned to k!ll Noah in the process. Taking to social media, one theory read: “I’m guessing he’s looking to harvest an 0rgan. Had Noah sedated and tested to see if he’s a match.

“Didn’t outright ask because it’s an 0rgan that, should it be taken, Noah will die. That’s why he wanted to whisk Noah away to Dubai. Probably not going to Dubai, but most likely a place that would harvest a vital 0rgan from a living person.”

Another fan agreed: “That’s what I think too. I didn’t guess it until this evening. It’s either a dialysis machine in the black box and ‘all’ he wants is a kidney, or Dubai is a cover and he needs an 0rgan that would k!ll Noah, like a heart/liver. If it’s the latter though, what’s in the box? So my guess was dialysis/kidney.” A third fan posted: “I don’t think Joe likes Noah at all. He wants him because he needs a kidney.”
