Taylor Swift’s godson Leo King, 9, will no longer be able to spend alone time with his mother, Jaime King, after she lost custody of him and his older brother, James, 11.

The “White Chicks” actress’ ex-husband, Kyle Newman, gained sole physical custody after she failed to complete a six-month rehab program.

Newman originally filed for sole custody of their children after claiming that King had been “strung out” and “drunk” while they were in her care.

King was later unable to finish a six-month drug/alcohol program that consisted of weekly testing, individual counseling and a parenting program.

Swift has yet to comment on the situation, but she has been close friends with both King and Newman –– who divorced in 2020 –– for years.

The “Cruel Summer” singer hit it off with King at a Golden Globes afterparty in January 2014. Swift later chose Newman to direct the music videos for both “Style” and “Clean” later that same year.

King and Newman named Swift as their second son Leo’s godmother in July 2015.

“It wasn’t because it was this person and the name. It was really because of her morals and her values, the way that she treats people and how hard-working she is,” King told People at the time. “I see what she gives out there to her fans and to her family. That’s the kind of person I want to be the guide and the spiritual protector of my child.”

Rachel Zegler details ‘Snow White’ casting process — including ‘Taylor Swift Easter eggs’

By Tamantha Ryan

She’s enchanted.

Rachel Zegler shared details about how she was cast for Disney’s live-action remake of “Snow White” — including how an iconic director sent her “Taylor Swift Easter eggs.”

“Did you have to audition for ‘Snow White’ or, like, they saw you in ‘West Side Story’ [and] they’re like, ‘You’re Snow White?’” host Jimmy Kimmel asked the actress during “Jimmy Kimmel Live” Monday night.

“‘West Side Story’ was kind of nowhere near coming,” she replied.

“We were about six months away from release and no footage had been seen and I actually got a really glowing recommendation from Steven Spielberg to Mark Webb, who directed ‘Snow White,’” Zegler, 23, added.

“And I also got a text from Steven, kind of alluding to the fact that I had gotten the part before I had found out. I wished him a happy Father’s Day — as one does — and he texted me a bunch of apple emojis as a response.”

Kimmel, 57, said the “Jurassic Park” director’s response was “very clever” and “very Steven Spielberg.”
