Kelvin Fletcher whipped off his shirt for a work out in the garden on Wednesday as he continues to isolate in lockdown with his wife and two kids.

In fact the family got involved, with the children crawling all over him at one point and his wife Liz cooling him down by spraying him with the garden hose.

But Kelvin, 36, went with it – laughing off the water spray and improvising as his daughter Marnie, three, and son Milo, 16 months, climbed on him.

He used Milo as a weight, holding him above his head as he performed crunches, as Marnie sat in his lap.

He captioned the workout (which he shared as a series of videos to Instagram so his followers can duplicate the routine at home): ‘When the sun’s out, there’s only one rule… Tops Off!’

He went on: ‘Joking obviously. Feel free to train how you like; clothed or unclothed as long as you’re safe and you work hard.

‘Or you could do what I did and train shirtless, with the kids running riot and substituting as dumbbells and my wife spraying me with the hosepipe!

‘Either way the workout still got done! So no excuses guys!’

Lockdown with his wife and kids comes after it emerged an anonymous woman – who previously said Kelvin had been sending her x-rated messages – also claimed he had asked her to meet him in luxury hotels behind his wife Liz’s back.

Speaking to The Sun, the anonymous woman claimed that she and Kelvin would meet up after Emmerdale star Kelvin had finished his rehearsals with Oti Mabuse for 2019’s season of Strictly.

She alleged: ‘Me and Kelvin met up three times at different hotels. It was always in London when he was down here for filming.

‘He acted as if he was a single man and didn’t go to any lengths to keep our meetings secret. I knew he was married but that never stopped him.’

She also alleged the father-of-two, who she met on a night out, invited her to his hotel in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, close to where the hit BBC competition is filmed.

Representatives for Kelvin declined to comment when contacted by MailOnline about this when the allegations were first made – and it appears Liz has forgiven the star for the alleged cheat claims, based on her playful behavior on Instagram on Wednesday.

The woman behind the accusations described Kelvin’s sex-drive as ‘through the roof’ and claimed that he wasn’t tired out from ’12 hours of practice a day with Oti’.

Alongside the texts, the actor allegedly send X-rated photographs and shirtless snaps to the woman in question, even while he was wowing viewers on Strictly.

The source claimed: ‘Kelvin has publicly and repeatedly insisted that he’s not cheating on his wife with Oti.
