TV CHAOS: Good Morning Britain star Narinder Kaur makes a blunt STATEMENT CRITICIZING Princess Kate live on air
Good Morning Britain star Narinder Kaur has sparked backlash after hitting out at Prince William and Princess Kate. It comes after reports that William and Kate are moving to eight-bedroom Forest Lodge, in Windsor Great Park, which is said to be their “forever home”. The couple and children George, Louis and Charlotte, are said to be planning to live there even after William becomes King.
William and Kate are also said to be funding all of the renovations for the home, and will have no live-in staff so they can have privacy. Narinder posted on X with a screenshot of an article about the move, raging: “5 or 6 tax payer funded homes now for William and Kate? And yet, they couldn’t be bothered to show up today for those who lost their lives for their titles??”
She added: “Senior royals can’t pick and choose when duty is “convenient.” VJ Day is about honouring heroes who gave everything, including their lives.
“Skipping VJ Day while the rest of the royals show up? Lazy and entitled. These are senior royals, not Instagram influencers. Meanwhile, Harry, stripped of his HRH still works tirelessly for veterans. Maybe the wrong couple left the RF.”
Narinder’s comments sparked fury with her followers on X, as one said: “I believe they are paying for this themselves. The late Queen had the decency to personally buy each of her kids homes but not Charles. And who are you to say where they should go? Not every Royal attends every ceremony. Get over it.”
Another raged: “You nasty, vindictive female the woman is in remission from cancer. What do you do for the country. They funded the latest from their own purse.”
A third chimed in: “And how many tax funded hotel rooms or houses are paid for in this country to none tax payers .Why are you so disrespectful to our country and our monarchy. Disgraceful.”
A fourth penned: “You’re definitely becoming boring with your continuous attacks on HRH William and Kate. Have a day off!”
But a fifth with Narinder, asking: “How many “forever” homes these Waleses need? How much is spent on the upkeep of all their houses?”
The Sun reports that work has already started oninternal and external renovations on Grade II-listed lodge and William and Kate are hoping to be in by Christmas.
