TV HEARTBREAK EastEnders Finally Confirms Lauren And Peter’s Relationship Is OVER But What Happened OFF SCREEN Might Be Even MORE SHOCKING

EastEnders couple Peter Beale and Lauren Branning reach breaking point next week, and their latest row marks the end of their relationship.

As the couple struggle to cope with baby Jimmy’s diagnosis and Lauren’s addiction continues to drive a wedge between them, is there any hope for the Walford duo?

“After being told that their newborn baby is severely sight impaired, tensions are high between Lauren and Peter,” begins our Walford insider.

“Peter in particular is finding things difficult, which is making life at No.25 unbearable for the whole family.”

Lauren is overwhelmed with support from the Albert Square locals at the start of the week, but Peter is reluctant to face his neighbours head on.

Desperate times call for desperate measures, as warring Cindy and Kathy Beale team up to help the couple. However, when Peter blames Lauren for Jimmy’s condition, all hell breaks loose.

Devastated by her fiancé’s true feelings, Lauren’s old habits take hold and she attempts to get a drink at The Vic and Harry’s Barn – but thankfully Linda Carter and Gina Knight refuse to serve her as a recovering addict.

Meanwhile, Cindy comes to the rescue and helps Peter to bond with his son and supports him when Lauren stays out all night. The next day Peter doesn’t give Lauren a chance to explain and heads to Jimmy’s appointment alone.

Both parents have encouraging experiences: while Lauren has an emotional chat with Honey Mitchell, Peterllow patient in the hospital who gives him hope for his child’s future. But it isn’t long before the pair come to blows again…

“He sees this as the final straw, so takes drastic action and ends their relationship. What’s more, he makes a bold choice and vows to fight for custody of their two kids. Things are set to get very messy indeed…”

As the dust settles, Kathy encourages Peter to make things right with Lauren. The couple manage to put their differences aside, but Peter’s concerns continue as he fears his partner is still hiding something.
