UNBELIEVABLE: Just one small gesture REVEALS This Morning’s Cat Deeley has REUNITED with ex-husband Patrick Kielty

Cat Deeley was among the British celebrities to flock to the O2 Arena for one of the biggest nights in television, the National Television Awards. While she joined her This Morning co-stars in anticipation, the 48-year-old took to the red carpet for photos. It was quickly pointed out that Cat continues to proudly wear her wedding ring despite announcing her shock split from seemingly estranged husband Patrick Kielty. Back in July, the presenters issued a joint statement and confirmed that they were parting ways after 12 years of marriage.

They added that “there is no other party involved” and shared: “We will continue to be united as loving parents to our children.” Cat, who is mum to their two sons, Milo, eight, and James, five, posed with her wedding ring in clear view despite previously being photographed without the huge sparkler. Alongside the ring, the TV star also accessorised with multiple gold bangles and a huge chain link bangle, with another ring on her right hand.

Alongside gold dangly earrings, Cat stunned in a floor-length £5,160 emerald green gown from Oscar de la Renta.

She was later joined by her This Morning co-host Ben Shephard, who wore a dark, rich green velvet dinner jacket for the awards.

The pair were eventually reunited with the programme’s familiar faces, including Alison Hammond, Dermot O’Leary, Rochelle Humes and Josie Gibson.

The night proved to be a success as This Morning won the National Television Award’s Daytime award for the first time in two years after its 13-year streak was ended in 2023 by The Repair Shop and then last year, when The Chase won.

As the visibly emotional stars took to the stage to accept the award, Alison kicked off the speech and joked: “Oh my goodness, natural order has been restored.”

Can we just say a massive thank you to each and every person who voted for This Morning, we are so overwhelmed.”

The beloved presenter noted that they had been “humbled” for the last two years. “We don’t take it lightly that we’ve won this award. We’re so, so grateful,” she continued.

Alison then passed over to the main hosts, Cat and Ben, who admitted that he “feels quite emotional about this.”

“We are so lucky to get to do this show. We all love it,” a teary-eyed Cat said as she took the mic. “We absolutely love this show and it’s like having a family.”
