‘UNBELIEVABLE!’ Narinder Kaur SPEAKS OUT After Embarrassing Red Carpet Incident At NTAs Sparks OUTRAGE

Good Morning Britain star Narinder Kaur has reacted to a video of her doing the rounds on social media after she was “refused entry” to the red cartpet at the 2025 National Television Awards. The 53-year-old, who is a regular on Jeremy Vine’s panel show, was among the celebrities who had made their way to London’s O2 Arena for the televised awards ceremony but when she got there, she was told she was not allowed to pose with the other stars.
Now, an artificial intelligence (AI) generated video of her being dragged away by two men, who are suited and booted, looking like security. The TV host reshared the clip to her X (Twitter) account, as she defiantly penned: “Apparently this AI video is doing the rounds. You forget I have a phenomenal sense of humour. Secondly – I’m ok with rejection, it’s part of life and I just dust myself down and get back up.” One fan commented on the post writing: “At least you look great,” as Narinder replied: “That’s actually the main thing! And I guess what’s driving them mad.”
A spokesperson for Narinder told The Mirror that despite being previously assured of her access at the NTAs, she was refused entry onto the red carpet by one of the organisers. They said: “She was refused entry onto the red carpet by one of the organisers, despite a network executive for the show confirming that she was allowed entry onto the red carpet.”
The spokesperson went on to say: “Several celebrities came over to Narinder’s aid and also said the organiser’s behaviour was weird and asked why Narinder was the only person being asked [to show her tickets].”
They added: “Narinder has previously won an NTA, back in 2002, which adds insult to injury.” A representative for the NTAs declined to comment when approached.

Narinder released a video message on X after the event, addressing rumours that she was “banned” from the National Television Awards (NTAs). She clarified: “I wasn’t banned.
“I had an invite but when I got there they decided it wasn’t the right invite, security, and I had to wait. And it was like so one and half, two hours later, and then finally [they] were like ‘oh my god’ we’ve made a huge mistake. Of course come in’. It was too late. I was ready to go home.”
The star expressed her hope that it was a “genuine mistake,” but admitted she found the incident “humiliating” and “embarrassing,” adding: “I was really upset.”
